Sai Global: Enterprise platform

Context

Procurement, compliance and logistics modules needed to work together around shared identities and supplier data. Each module also had its own permissions and audit requirements. The architecture had to support those differences while maintaining consistent integrations across the platform.

System and approach

Azure microservices separate the business modules. A Service Bus event backbone coordinates activity, and common supplier integrations avoid duplicating that work in each service. Tenant isolation and module-specific audit trails are part of the service design.
