Context
Hospital teams move among rounds, charting, diagnostics, pharmacy, bed management, billing, and patient communication. Fragmented screens add documentation and coordination work.
System and approach
The system connects the patient record with round capture, an AI scribe, grounded chart assistance, role-specific workspaces, and downstream hospital operations. AI content is advisory. No AI output reaches the chart without explicit clinician action. Deterministic rules handle safety checks such as drug interactions, allergy conflicts, and abnormal-lab flags.
- Capture typed or dictated rounds and preserve the original source while producing editable drafts.
- Connect charts, encounters, scheduling, diagnostics, pharmacy, bed board, billing, and patient portal.
- Provide role-scoped, grounded assistance with source and tool context.
- Require clinician review and approval and audit sensitive actions.
